was this your first time at a driving school? Yep what kind of "certificate" did you get? i.e. did it count toward your SCCA comp license? Nono...I don't think this was aimed at SCCA stuff at all. Just a course for people who want to learn how to use a track and begin racing. I think the whole competition thing is down the road. : Were you running street tires? Yep, Potenza RE730s How did the brakes hold up, and did you bleed them or swap pads right before or during the session? Brakes held up GREAT. I had a litte fade after the last session but it was minute. I also took care to use the gears to slow down at the end of the race and to NOT use the parking brake. I have Brembo OEM replacements, Metal Masters too. But the stainless steel brake lines are still int he box next to me hehe. Maybe next month I'll put em in.
